Kayokoko Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy
Items purchased from Kayokoko Swimwear can be returned for a refund, exchange or a store credit if received back within 30 days of your delivery date. Any returns received after 30 days but before 45 days will be eligible for store credit only. Any return received after 45 days will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.
Note: Orders from outside of North America are eligible for a store credit only minus shipping cost.
Select items, including swimwear cleaner, bra pads, special order items, intimate thong lingerie (including panties), and items marked as final sale, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit.
Returns valued at $500 or more (total value of all merchandise being returned before any discounts, taxes or shipping fees) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned with all original tags attached and hygienic liners in place, free from any odors or stains and in a sellable condition. Please make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on merchandise to ensure it remains in a returnable condition. Due to health regulations we will be unable to accept items that are returned soiled, stained, worn, damaged or laundered. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer, no credit or exchange will be given. Additional fees may apply.
Please be mindful of pet hair and cigarette smoke. Items returns with pet hair or smelling of cigarette smoke will not be accepted and returned at your expense.
How to Return
1. Submit a ticket to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number & Return Form. Any item(s) returned without an RA Number will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
2. Neatly fold the item(s) and place back in their individual plastic bags.
3. Fill Out the Return Form and include it in the package with your return items(s). If you are returning for exchange, place a new order for the new item(s) and return the old item(s) for a refund.
4. A return label will be provided with your RA # (for orders within North America only). Print this label and affix it to the outside of the shipping package.
5. Drop the package off at your local post office. Note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit – the amount will be confirmed when your RA # and label are issued.
What to Expect After We Receive Your Return
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return in our processing center. Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment, if you paid by credit card it will go back to the same card used on the initial purchase (no exceptions). Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
To return for an exchange simply place a new order online for the new item(s) and send back your old item(s) as a return for a refund. We will ship out the new item(s) as soon as they are available and will issue your refund once the old item(s) are received and inspected. Note: should your returned item(s) not meet our return requirements a refund will not be issued.
Store credits are issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your return and will be sent to the email address linked to your order. Any shipping fees paid on the original order will be deducted from the store credit before it is issued. Our store credits do not expire.
Kayokoko Swimwear only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Where possible, we will offer to replace the damaged item with the same item and size. A return label will be given for damaged item returns within North America.
Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will be handled on a case by case basis. Hot tubs, swimming pools and suntan lotions may cause fading, yellowing or stains. These are not considered defects and, therefore, items may not be returned for any of these reasons.
