Swimwear Return Policy

Kayokoko Swimwear wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we will gladly exchange an item for another size, another item or a store credit. No refunds are issued.

Simply contact us to receive a Return Autorization (RA) Number within 7 days of delivery. All items must be received back at our store within 15 business days of the issuance of the RA Number. Any item(s) returned without an RA Number will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Orders that are shipped under a promotional shipping rate and returned for a store credit are subject to a $10 return fee. This applies to both free shipping and $15 next day shipping.

A flat rate shipping fee will apply for exchanged items, this fee varies by location and will be advised when the RA Number is issued.

A one-time exchange per item applies. If you require additional exchanges a 15% restocking fee will apply to the returned merchandise.

We do not offer exchanges on any items marked final sale. To determine if an item is final sale please refer to the item description.

All original tags, including hang tags, and hygienic liners MUST be in place on all returned merchandise (no exceptions will be made). Please make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on merchandise. We will not accept any merchandise that does not have original tags and hygienic liners in place, is damaged, laundered, soiled, worn, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor. If we receive merchandise in this condition it will be returned to you at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive requests for exchanges


Pre-Order & Special Order Items

Pre-order & Special Order items are charged at the time of purchase regardless of when it ships. All orders for pre-ordered and special order items cannot be cancelled. All the items on your order will ship at the same time, if you wish to receive additional items sooner please place a separate order for non pre-order/special order items. All special order items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

*The delivery date for each item is an estimated date given to Kayokoko Swimwear directly from the designer. This date is not a guaranteed date, however we will try our best to uphold the date. It is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause a change in the stated delivery date.*


Damaged or Defective Items

All items are quality controlled and checked for any defects before they are dispatched to our customers. As you can see by our strict policy, we hold superior quality standards because we want you to have the best customer experience possible! In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, we will offer to replace defective items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. However, if the item is replaceable refund requests will not be granted.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Hot tubs, swimming pools and suntan lotions may cause fading, yellowing or stains. These are not considered defects and, therefore, swimsuits may not be returned for any of these reasons. Once tags are removed from suits they may not be returned for any reason.


US Orders

Returns from the USA must be shipped via USP (United States Postal Service). Returns from the USA shipped through any other company (ex. FedEx, UPS, DHL) will incur brokerage fees that will be billed back to the sender.

All returned items should be declared as "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; any fees incurred for items that do not have this mentioned on the customs declaration will be billed back to the customer.


International Orders

We accept a one-time exchange on international orders. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Changes & Cancellations

An order can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped.

Any orders for Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled.

A 5% cancellation fee will apply to any order that is cancelled.

Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.


Exchange Procedure

1. Contact Kayokoko Swimwear to obtain a Return Autorization (RA) Number & Exchange Form
2. Fill Out the Exchange Form and include it in the box with your return
3. All packages being mailed from outside of Canada must be marked "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration
4. Send the package back to us at the address listed on the return form via a prepaid method. We recommend using an insured and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Kayokoko Swimwear will not be held responsible for item(s) lost of damaged in transit.

Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days of being received.

Exchanged item(s) will not be shipped until the return item is received and approved for exchange. Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances, please contact us if you require your item shipped immediately.

Exchanged items are typically shipped via Ground Shipping; if you require quicker shipping please check off the express shipping box on the return form. One of our representatives will contact you with all available express shipping options and cost once your return is received.

In the event that an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay via email. We will also contact you via email if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.


Store Credits

If your initial purchase is subject to a store credit, the full amount of the credit (minus any shipping charges) will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then we will charge your original method of payment for the difference.
