Return Policy

Kayokoko Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Kayokoko Swimwear can be returned for a refund if received back within 15 days of your delivery date or returned for an exchange or a store credit if received back within 30 days of your delivery date. Note: Orders from outside of North America are eligible for a store credit only minus shipping cost.

Select items, including swimwear cleaner, bra pads, special order items, intimate thong lingerie (including panties), Clearance Items and items marked as final sale, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit.

Returns valued at $500 or more (total value of all merchandise being returned) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned with all original tags attached and hygienic liners in place, free from any odors or stains and in a sellable condition. Please make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on merchandise to ensure it remains in a returnable condition. Due to health regulations we will be unable to accept items that are returned soiled, stained, worn, damaged or laundered. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer, no credit or exchange will be given. Additional fees may apply.

How to Return

1. Create a support ticket to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number & Return Form. Any item(s) returned without an RA Number will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

2. Neatly fold the item(s) and place them back in their individual plastic bags.

3. Fill Out the Return Form and include it in the package with your return items(s). If you are returning for exchange, remember to fill out the bottom section with the item you would like as an exchange.

4. Send the package back to us at the address listed on the return form. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Because delivery of a return is outside of our control, we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Note: Returns being shipped from the USA must be shipped back to us using USPS (United States Postal Service) and must be marked as "return of Canadian merchandise".

What to Expect After We Receive Your Return


Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your item in our processing center. A $15 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping cost on the initial purchase. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment, if you paid by credit card it will go back to the same card used on the initial purchase.


Exchange requests are processed within 48 hours of receiving your item in our processing center. Exchange items will incur a small shipping fee of $8 and are sent via Ground shipping. If expedited shipping is desired, please note this on your return form and we will upgrade your exchange to our UPS Express shipping for $20. In the event that an item you have requested for exchange is backordered we will notify you via email. Each order is eligible for a maximum of 3 exchange transactions. On the third exchange the item(s) will be final sale. Orders from outside North America are eligible for store credit only.

Store Credits

Store credits are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return and will be sent to the email address linked to your order. Any shipping fees paid will be deducted from the store credit before it is issued. Our store credits do not expire.

Damaged Items

Kayokoko Swimwear only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please create a ticket within 48 hours of receiving the product. Where possible, we will offer to replace the damaged item with the same item and size. A return label will be given for damaged item returns within Canada. We will reimburse up to $10 of the return shipping costs for customers outside of Canada, a receipt will need to be included with the return in order for reimbursement. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will be handled on a case by case basis. Hot tubs, swimming pools and suntan lotions may cause fading, yellowing or stains. These are not considered defects and, therefore, items may not be returned for any of these reasons.
